Add Taskfile binaries to base images

Hello,

Could you please bundle Taskfile (https://taskfile.dev) to the base Linux/Windows/macOS images? It is a widely popular (4.8K stars on GitHub) simple alternative to Makefiles written in Go, and it would be great to have it out of the box.
