Projects quota exceeded

Hi!
I am using Appveyor in school in conjunction with github classroom. All of the repos are public.
For some reason for a couple of days I am unable to create projects manually. Web interface respond with "Projects quota exceeded.".
Is there any problem with my account (borison4ik)?
can you help me please?
