Configure email notification to committer email

Is there a way for email notifications to be configured in the appveyor.yml to be sent to the person who made the commit?

That person should be under "Users" of your team at https://ci.appveyor.com/team. Then he or she can change their notifications preferences including "Notify on my commits only".
