Builds Queued
Hi,
We just signed up for the Basic plan and I've noticed that all of our builds are being "Queued" for almost exactly five minutes before they start. No other projects are blocking the build (it's the basic plan so we only have one project anyway) so I'm not sure what is causing this queue.

Hi Josh,
"Basic" plan runs on Azure environment and it takes around 3-5 minutes to provision a new VM for your build.
You were testing Pro and it runs on dedicated Hyper-V environment with faster VMs and instant build starts.
