Provide a way to visually relate the information for a given build in the build history

When viewing the build history, it's difficult to see where one build finishes and the next starts (see attached build-history.png).

When I want to click a link associated with a build, e.g. the PR, the commit, the user, etc. I always have to hesitate and ensure that I'm clicking the right one, since it's not immediately obvious whether the link is for the build titled in bold above, or below, the link.

If a separator could be added (see attached build-history-separator.png) this would be immediately obvious which build a given link is related to.

An alternative would be a background highlight on mouse over, for a given build (see attached build-history-highlight.png).

Perhaps the two approaches should be combined. For phone, tablet or anywhere else that doesn't have a mouse cursor, the highlight approach wouldn't be enough on it's own.

Thanks for the suggestion - that makes sense! I've added a new issue: https://github.com/appveyor/ci/issues/1087
