Cancel build of pull request updated via force push
This discussion is public.
Some Github workflows include force pushing changes to a branch with an open pull request. If a force push removes a commit being tested in AppVeyor from the pull request, it'd be nice to automatically cancel that build so others can go through as that code is no longer relevant.
