Azure Blob Storage Headers

It would be really helpful to be able to set headers on the files uploaded to Azure Blob Storage for example, Cache Control headers.

At the moment, the only way I can see of doing this is triggering a webhook on a successful deploy to the Blob Storage Environment and manually setting the headers there but that seems overly complex.

What do you think?
