HipChat integration

It would be nice if you could provide a way to post build success/failure to a HipChat room. If this can be done via the existing Webhook functionality, there is no documentation showing a good example of how to do so.

CircleCI for instance supports a few different endpoints- HipChat, Campfire, etc. https://circleci.com/docs/configuration#notify

   Yeah, notifications mechanism will be improved over the next week with Slack and HipChat added.

   Hi guys,

   HipChat integration is online. It can be set on "Notifications" tab of project settings or in appveyor.yml:

   notifications:
     - provider: HipChat
       auth_token: 1234567890abcd
       room: ProjectA

   (Note that you don't need to hardcode the room name in case that later changes, you can use the API room ID listed in the admin for a persistent name.)
