Pending commit build status when a build is queued
The GitHub Status API supports the statuses pending, success, error, or failure.
From what I can tell, the GitHub integration of AppVeyor only updates a build status after a build has either succeeded or failed/erred, I think it would be useful if the status was set to pending as soon as a build was queued.
Commits would then show orange until a build has completed.
