Dedicated badge for builds that are not found or where access is denied

Hi

If a badge URL refers to a build that does not (yet) exist or where access is denied, a textual message is returned instead of a PNG image. This doesn't render nicely when embedded in a README.md file at GitHub. Would you consider returning a PNG that shows "unknown build" instead? (This is a really minor issue, would just be the icing on the cake) Thanks.
