Additional mail notification (for mailing lists)

Hi.

Would it be too complicated to add support for an additional mail notification? We would like to use AppVeyor for
testing Pylint on Windows and we need to send notifications to a dedicated mailing list when a build fails or
succeeds. If I try to modify the email I use for my account, by replacing it with the mailing list address,
then my passwords and other stuff will be sent over, which is undesirable.

   Does adding a new user to a team with mailing list email work for you?

   No, because that means that the credentials will be sent over to the mailing list when creating the account and I'm trying to avoid that, because it's a list where other people can lurk, not only the maintainers (and it's public).

   A question. Does it make sense to do email notifications per project by adding yet another notification "provider" or it's something that be better configured per account?
