Deployment Agent MSI Deployment Option

Hi,

 After we generate MSI's as Artifacts, it would be really neat if this could then be deployed using the appveyor.yml file with a series of command prompts instead of either manually running the MSI's or using powershell.

i.e. run msiexec /i "artifact.msi" "other switches in here" - or even a batch file?

What do you think?
