Don't notify project owner of build status of pull requests
On Travis, I only get notified when a build fails on the master branch, but appveyor will notify me when a build fails on a github pull request. This is just noise, as it's almost certainly the pr author's problem, not mine.
It would be nice if notifications could be configured to ignore prs (and, optionally, to notify the pr author, instead of the project owner).
