Custom app_offline
I'd like to have a conventional way to use a custom app_offline.htm file instead of the blank app_offline.htm that is used currently.
Maybe if the project includes an appveyor_offline.htm file it would be used instead. Our app isn't down long for deployment, but it would be nice to give them a beautiful and friendly message during the downtime.

Hi Mike,
AppVeyor uses built-in "app offline" Web Deploy rule and I'm not sure if we can control the appearance of app_offline.htm page: http://www.iis.net/learn/publish/deploying-application-packages/tak...
In the meantime I'll look into that - maybe there is something hidden inside that allows to change page template :)
