Upgrade Chrome browser to be compatible with ChromeDriver v2.14

The existing Chrome on AppVeyor seems to be couple versions behind and doesn't work with the latest ChromeDriver. Could you upgrade Chrome browser?

    Both Chrome and Chrome WebDriver were upgraded to the latest versions: http://www.appveyor.com/updates/2015/03/06
