Please install Erlang OTP runtime into server image

Hello,

I am currently working on building the CI process for the .NET RabbitMQ client, and the tests require Erlang OTP and RabbitMQ to be installed. I'm currently running over on time.

One of the largest wait times is installing the Erlang OTP (runtime and tools). I have saved some time by caching the install file, but the install is still slow. Can you pre-install it on the Windows 2012 R2 Server Image? The download is here http://www.erlang.org/download.html and the install, otp_win64_17.4.exe is about 91 MiB.
