Please add microsoft/aspnetcore to docker cache on worker images

In the recent past, I noticed that when I try to build a docker image, it always has to pull down some base images first on every build which makes the build take a LOT longer. Recently, I RDP'd into a worker and ran docker images and saw that it was not one of the preinstalled/cached images. Could you guys add that some time soon?
