make switching appveyor accounts easier
I use an AppVeyor org account through my work and an account for projects I deal with on my own. Switching back and forth is a hassle. It's a little easier to view my own because all the repo are public, so I only need to login if I need to make a configuration change, but it would be nice if AppVeyor was an easy to move around between accounts as github.
Not an urgent request, just a suggestion.
