Add a "From Name" to the HipChat Integration

HipChat API supports a "from=" parameter so you can change the name that appears in the room when you send a message.
This would allow me to customize AppVeyor message to appear from another name (e.g. AppVeyor) instead of appearing from my own name. By default HC will use my name as I was the one who generated the token.

    An update has been deployed with from field (API v1 only).
