Software request: Android SDK and NDK

The Android SDK and NDK (32 and 64 bit versions) are collectively several gigabytes. It would be great if they could be preinstalled to save some bandwidth / build time.

    Hi Jake,

    New OSS environment should have Android SDK installed as part of Xamarin Platform. Not sure about NDK though.
