Node.js 4.0.0 is out, the first Node.js since 0.12! There will be no more major io.js releases.
Please make it available on AppVeyor. :)

I see you've added Node 4, great! Please see https://github.com/nodejs/nan/issues/444#issuecomment-138896865, though, people are reporting that the (slower) `Update-NodeJsInstallation (Get-NodeJsLatestBuild $env:nodejs_version)` command doesn't work with Node 4 yet.

That will be fixed in the next update coming this week.
