Windows 10 Apps Tools version 1.1

MS has just released Visual Studio Tools for Universal Windows Apps (v1.1) which includes updates for msbuild and NuGet. Could you look at getting it on AppVeyor?

    Thanks for letting know! Will schedule the deployment. I see nuget 3.2 release is out too.
