Better unit test grouping

We have almost 1,200 tests and it will only grow. Currently the tests are just listed randomly. It may be better to group them by assembly and namespace/class/method order?

Also the ability to "ignore" a test at the appveyor level would be nice. Similar to what Bamboo or TeamCity has. Once a test is fixed, the ignore is removed.
