Add user's defined dimensions to the matrix

Hi

I would like to add my own dimensions like for exmaple the one named 'msvc' below. Could you add this feature to AppVeyor?

platform:
  - Win32
  - x64

msvc:
  - VS2010
  - VS2013
  - VS2015

configuration:
  - debug
  - release

    Yeah, there is an issue for that suggestion though I don't have an ETA for it yet.
