Status Badge for tests

Hi
For my projects, I want to see the test-status as a badge.
I therefore created a small php which shows tests run / failed.

The link is http://flauschig.ch/batch.php?type=tests&account=&slug=
Example:

Whouldn't it be great to include someting like this in the badges of AppVeyor itself?
