It looks to me like no branch is triggering builds.
Can you go to Account -> authorizations page and revoke/re-authorize GitHub and see if pushes trigger a build.

I did that but nothing happen. Also I've tried to delete that project but I get an "There was an error while trying to complete the current operation. Please contact AppVeyor support." error.

Your account was blocked because your jobs queue exceeded 1000!
We unblocked you, but to avoid in the future I would suggest that if you have a project with a really large build matrix that you do some commits filtering or some other approach to reduce build frequency and let builds with many jobs complete.

Ah it was probably what I pushed to python-nameless.

If I do this on the master branch, or in appveyor settings: `branches: except: - /^test-/`
will it apply and take precedence over appveyor.yml from branches?

Also, how come .appveyor.yml also works but it's not really documented?

Ah, it actually is. Tho I haven't found a way to exclude certain branches from builds while not having that filtering inside appveyor.yml in those branches. Any solution?

If a branch has no appveyor.yml or .appveyor.yml then the configuration is taken from the UI.
You could keep your yaml configuration in a different location.
